Final PhotoShoot: High Fashion

[Rihanna]

So for this final photoshoot, I tried to find something from her photoshoot with Vogue, since Vogue is a very high fashionable magazine.

In the beginning of this series, as confident as i was, I really had a rough start. I didn't really hit my stride until later on. The lesson I learned from the first season really paid off this time around as well. I would look until like 2 AM EST trying to find a really good picture where I felt like it would fit the theme best.

In the beginning of this competition, I tried to play the edgy side of Rihanna as much as I could. I quickly learned, after receiving low score, that I couldn't only rely on that. I was so focused on Rihanna's edgy side that I forgot about her elegance. I believe this photo shows my growth in the series because I picked an elegant photo instead of like daring, edgy, high fashion.

All the other vogue photos had Rihanna in like french maid stockings so I didn't feel like that was appropriate. It looked edgy, but because it had those kind of stockings, I felt like it wouldn't work. In this one, Rihanna kind of looks like a dangerous mermaid. In my opinion, she looked like a high fashionable Ariel from Little Mermaid hahaha. It's awkward, but it works. It's kind of couture.
